Our home

Located in the heart of Rome, across from the Italian Parliament building and within a historic building, our apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and elegance. With two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a new, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with a TV, sofa, and dining table, it’s ideal for accommodating up to six people and exploring Rome, given its proximity to the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, or the Spanish Steps

The Space

Located on the third floor of an 18th-century building equipped with an elevator (please note: a few steps down still lead to the apartment!), the apartment features high ceilings with original, fully restored wooden beams. The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring 160 cm and 180 cm wide (one can be separated into two 90-cm single beds): one bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, while the other bathroom (also with a shower) is located in the other anteroom and can therefore accommodate any additional guests without compromising privacy. Thespacious living room with a dining table, sofa (sofa bed), and TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime subscriptions completes the property, along with the kitchen (recently renovated) featuring a small balcony, equipped with a conventional oven and microwave, and everythingyou need to prepare breakfast or dinner

Other things to keep in mind

Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, independent heating, small terrace, high-speed Wi-Fi, self-check-in, and an (outdoor) security camera. It is possible to set up two single beds in one room instead of a double bed (please specify your preferred configuration before check-in)
